Meet Michelle

Michelle is an executive coach and consultant known for her warm presence and effective leadership. Her career has included deep experience in design and delivery of custom leadership programs, strategic team alignment and vision planning. She has over 25 years experience with over 13 years in Independent Schools. Michelle believes in the innate capacity within all individuals to leverage strengths, discover purpose and achieve success. Michelle is a Board Certified Coach and International Coaching Federation (ICF) certified coach and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She is a National School Reform certified coach and is trained in Restorative Practices. Michelle is also a Center for Creative Leadership trained coach and a Principal Consultant at Pilgrimage Development Group. She is an adjunct coach and coach trainer for Moses Cone Health System and a coach for the Kenan-Flagler Entrepreneurship Center at UNC-Chapel Hill. She is a founding board member of a national non-profit, Heart of Character, and serves as President of the Board for Mental Health Greensboro in North Carolina.
